November 4-6, 2016 was the annual Becoming an Outdoors-Woman (BOW) Conference, held at the               Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center in Mansfield, GA.

Mike & I took a break from the shooting this year and helped Ashley out with the Outdoor Cooking class.

We also had a Water-bath Canning class where we made unsweetened applesauce & Ball's Chocolate           Cherry Jam.  Ashley was kind enough to help us out!

On Saturday evening, we had an outdoor expo.  Mike showed the ladies what they might want to consider       for their Bug-Out-Bags.  Marie showed off a selection of items dehydrated along with the Nesco                       Dehydrators she is using.
